We offer free shipping on US orders over $75.
Jules Smith ships USPS within the United States. We will ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air upon request. These express shipments are subject to additional charges. In some cases, 2-Day and Next Day will not be available.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.
All Jules Smith jewelry ships in a Jules Smith jewelry pouch and/or Jules Smith jewelry box. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for order processing and 5-10 business days from ship date for delivery on ground packages. We do not ship to PO Boxes within the US and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
All sale merchandise is final sale. We will not accept returns, or order cancellations on sale merchandise.
International shipping: We do ship outside of the United States, however, please note that any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS - UNITED STATES
We do not offer free returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All jewelry must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All sale merchandise is final sale. We will not accept returns, or order cancellations on sale merchandise. Jules Smith merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
For returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery, we will credit your original form of payment. If received after 14 days, a Jules Smith gift card will be issued.
Your return will generally be processed within a week once received. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once the return is processed.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on orders outside the US.
Contact us at email@example.com. You will be issued a return number to send items back to us using your own trackable shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
