CUSTOMER SERVICE
All jules smith jewelry ships in a jules smith satin jewelry pouch and/or jules smith jewelry box. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for order processing and 5-10 business days from ship date for delivery on ground packages and 2-5 business days for express. We do not ship to PO Boxes within the US and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

jules smith can’t always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you of the situation via email.

SHIPPING
jules smith ships UPS Ground within the United States. We will ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air upon request. These express shipments are subject to additional charges. In some cases, 2-Day and Next Day will not be available.

RETURNS
jules smith will accept returns and exchanges on items that are in their original condition for store credit or exchange ONLY. Items must not have been worn and should include jules smith pouch and/or jules smith orginal packaging, boxes etc. We are not able to issue store credit or exchanges on sale items. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please send all returns or exchanges, insured, along with the original invoice and details on the reason for the return, in the original packaging to:
